1. Boats (Used — Consignment)
- All boats sold through Next Boat are pre-owned and sold as-is. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used boats. All sales are final once the purchase agreement is signed. We encourage all buyers to inspect the vessel in person prior to purchase and to conduct any desired mechanical inspection before completing the transaction.
2. Trailers (New — Next Boat & SaltPro)
- New aluminum trailers are built to order with a standard lead time of approximately 8 weeks. Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, cancellations and returns are not accepted. In the event of a manufacturing defect, Next Boat will work directly with the customer to assess and resolve the issue at no additional cost.
3. Services (Transport, Detailing, Storage)
- Service bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Completed services are non-refundable.
